Careers

We hire billing, coding and credentialing specialists, and the engineers who build the tools they work in.

Open Roles

Medical Billing Specialist

Full-Time

Claim submission, payment posting and follow-up for medical practices, working inside each client's own billing system. You will own a set of accounts and know where every open claim stands.

Certified Medical Coder

Full-Time

Coding outpatient visits and procedures from the provider's notes, and answering the questions that come back from billing. A current CPC certification is required.

Credentialing Specialist

Full-Time

Payer enrollment, CAQH upkeep and Medicare revalidations for providers joining or moving between practices. You will prepare each application, file it and follow it until the payer confirms in writing.

Outbound Caller

Full-Time

Calling insurance companies about unpaid and denied claims, checking eligibility and benefits, and recording exactly what each payer said. A clear, confident phone manner matters more than experience.

Junior Full-Stack Developer

Full-Time

Building the internal tools the delivery team uses — the credentialing and reporting side rather than the public site. You will work directly with the person who decides what gets built.

Don't See Your Role?

Send your résumé anyway. We keep it on file and come back to you when something fits.

How We Hire

  1. 1. Application

A résumé and a short note about the work you have actually done.

  2. 2. Screening Call

A conversation about your experience and what the role involves day to day.

  3. 3. Practical Task

A short piece of work that reflects the real job, reviewed with you rather than graded in silence.

  4. 4. Offer

Terms and start date, in writing.

How We Work

What working here looks like day to day.

  1. One Company, One Team

CuranetMD LLC holds the client agreements. Your role, terms and start date are set out in writing in your offer.

  2. Shifts Agreed in Writing

Your shift is agreed in your offer, and so is any change to it.

  3. Clients' Systems, Your Own Login

You work in the client's own systems under a login they create for you. Every action is in their audit trail; nothing is copied out.

  4. Roles Defined by Tasks

A coder codes and queries; a credentialing specialist prepares, files and tracks. Patient-data access is written into the role and trained for.
