1. Who We Are

CuranetMD LLC ("CuranetMD", "we", "us") provides revenue cycle, credentialing and administrative support services to medical practices and billing companies in the United States. Our office is at 18001 Sky Park Circle, Ste K, Irvine, CA 92614. This policy explains what information we collect through curanetmd.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on this site, we collect what that form asks for. Our contact form asks for your name, work email, phone number (optional), practice or company name, role, number of providers, the services you are interested in, your current billing setup, when you want to start and your message. The request forms on our home page ask for your name, email and phone number (optional); the revenue health check also records the challenges you select and the starting point we suggest. Our pricing quote form asks for your name, email, phone number (optional), practice name (optional) and the monthly collections figure you choose. Our AI data services form asks for your name, work email, company and, if you choose, what you are building. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, the time you choose and the service you are interested in. When you apply for a job, we receive your résumé and anything you include in your email. If you agree to receive text messages, we also keep a record of that consent: the date, time and how you gave it.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. See Cookies and Analytics.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, patient information through this website.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

process and fulfill your order, send your receipt and manage any Monthly Plan;
respond to your inquiry, hold the call you booked and prepare a written scope;
send you information about the services you asked about;
review job applications;
operate, maintain and secure the website, and understand how it is used;
meet our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and the services you asked about. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that send messages on our behalf.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work, such as remembering your cookie choice. These are always on.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to measure visits and improve the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and orders. On your first visit a banner lets you choose Accept All, Reject All or Cookie Settings, where you can allow analytics and advertising separately. Until you choose, both are off and no Google tags load. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page.

To protect our forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you send a form. Our scheduling provider (Calendly) sets its own cookies only when you choose Show Booking Calendar on our Contact page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site, including the booking calendar, may not work without them.

We share personal information only:

with service providers that act on our instructions and are bound to protect it, including website hosting, Stripe for payments, Google for analytics and advertising measurement (only with your permission), Cloudflare for spam protection, email, Calendly for booking and Google for video calls (Google Meet);
with our affiliate, which provides staff and support for our services under a written agreement with us;
when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public;
in a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, under the same protections described here.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where we, our affiliate or our service providers operate, under the protections described in this policy.

Payment Processing

When you place an order, the order form asks for your practice name, your name, your email and your phone number. It also records the services, quantities and plan options you choose and the time you agreed to our Terms and Conditions. We use this to fulfill your order, contact you about it, send your receipt and keep business and tax records.

Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page; they are never sent to us or stored by us. Stripe receives your email address and your order details and processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We keep the references Stripe gives us for your payment, your customer record and any Monthly Plan, with the amount, currency and payment status, so we can match payments to orders, manage your plan and answer questions.

If you have a Monthly Plan, Stripe keeps your card on file to charge each month until you cancel. You can update your card or cancel with Manage or Cancel Your Plan, or by email to support@curanetmd.com.

We keep order records for as long as our legal, tax and accounting duties require.

7. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement, then for as long as our legal, tax and record-keeping duties require. Job applications are kept for as long as needed to fill the role and consider you for related roles, unless you ask us to delete them. Website logs are kept for a limited period for security and analytics. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails and text messages at any time. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have further rights under state privacy law, such as the right to know how your information is used and to not be treated differently for using your rights. To make a request, email support@curanetmd.com. You can also have an authorized agent make a request for you. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, so this site does not change its behavior when it receives one. You can still control cookies as described in Cookies and Analytics.

10. Protected Health Information and HIPAA

This website is not intended to collect protected health information. Do not include patient information in the contact form, a booking or an email to us. Protected health information we handle while providing services to a client is governed by our business associate agreement with that client and by HIPAA, not by this policy.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access limited to the people who need it. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

12. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the Last Updated date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site. If you continue to use the site after a change, the updated policy applies.
